Egg Drop Experiment

This week we are tuning in to the new unit on forces and materials and how they make life easier. As part of our tuning in, we did an egg drop experiment where they have to make sure to protect the egg from cracking when they drop it.

In this activity, they showed sound communication skills as they were asked to explain how they planned to achieve the goal. They also showed good teamwork as everyone was open-minded and enthusiastic to share and try their group members' ideas.

They tested their work. Out of five groups, only one group was able to successfully accomplish their objective.

Their videos will be posted on seesaw to give them also a chance to reflect on their task.
